Kathleen Voldish, CLC(AMT) started P.O.L. (Physician Office Laboratory) Consultants, Inc. in 1989 after working in hematology/oncology for over 20 years.
- Served 3 terms (6 years) on the ASCP's national Physician Office Laboratory (POL) Committee preparing for CLIA regulations.
- Served as an ASCP State Advisor to N.J. and Legislative Liaison to the Washington office of the ASCP.
- Worked on the pilot program of COLA, served on CLMA educational committee, ASCLS PACE committee, and taught CLIA & OSHA at Rutgers University.
- One of the most published authors of physician office laboratory regulatory articles in the country.
